What was your background and motivated you to start or continue a career in sales from whatever else you were doing?

"What motivated me to pursue a career in sales was the opportunity to work with businesses to help transform their company and earn a share of the deal in the process. It gave me an opportunity to act as a CEO managing deals, helping grow both our brand and there's, while making a true difference."

What’s your best advice for interviewing for the SDR Role given the competitive landscape and the current demand for higher quality talent?

"Be intentional with the questions you ask, have a firm understanding of the sales motion and commit yourself to learning the industry. Leads above and below the power line like to have relevant conversations not qualification conversations."

What LaunchSource Company I’m starting my career and what I’m most excited about in 2024?

"Launchsource started my career with Plate IQ as an SDR selling AP automation to the hospitality industry. I eventually was promoted to SDR manager scaling the team from 8 SDRs to 25 SDRs and helping to promote 4 SDRs to Account Executive. After my tenure with Plate IQ I moved onto Microblink selling enterprise grade identity solutions in North America East, Caribbean, and all of Canada and now I am selling end to end upskilling solutions to Marketing & Tech teams for Retail & CPG enterprise organizations.

A goal for me this year is close my first $1Mill deal!"
