A: After you qualify through our phone screen you are invited to interview day. Interview day consists of 10-15 candidates who work together to go through a series of exercises in front of hiring managers from different technology companies in the Boston area. It is a chance to showcase your individual skills and who you are as a person alongside your peers. In this collaborative interview you will be assessed on multiple skills such as – teamwork, coachability, phone, and presentation skills. Candidates and hiring managers alike see interview day as an exciting and fun chance to get to know each other.

So, while each company is different in many ways, we work with companies that we would want to work with if we were in your shoes.
