"After several years in retail management, I was looking for a change, and the sales world provided a lot of opportunities and flexibility for me. After interviewing at multiple companies with limited success, I was introduced to LaunchSource, and they provided great resources and guidance on how to interview, and ultimately found my first sales position with Placester."

What’s your best advice for interviewing for the SDR Role given the competitive landscape and the current demand for higher quality talent?

"The advice I would give everyone looking to get started as an SDR is to look at past experiences and translate them into how you can be an asset to the company. Be ready with stories and anecdotes. Leverage the tools and people around you. ChatGPT to help you finetune your resume and practice interview questions, mentors to help you get a deeper understanding of what you can do better, and most importantly, never be afraid of asking questions and speaking up."
