What was your background and motivated you to start or continue a career in sales from whatever else you were doing?

"I moved from headhunting engineers to software sales because I could truly dig into the product and what the software solves. I got the opportunity to be an expert in my space. Also, software shows up on Monday!"

What’s your best advice for interviewing for the SDR Role given the competitive landscape and the current demand for higher quality talent?

"Most people will come in and say how they are going to work hard and be the first-in first-out. Talk about your strengths and what you have done in the past (part-time jobs, mowing lawns, selling cookies door-to-door). Give real examples of your grit and how you’ll bring that energy here."
