"What motivated me to transition into a sales career from my previous roles in bartending and operations was the desire for a more balanced lifestyle. Since turning 18, I've worked weekends, a routine I wished to change. Bartending taught me the value of hard work—the more effort and time I invested, the greater the financial return. This principle, where input directly impacts output, is also central to sales. LaunchSource was instrumental in highlighting my skills, providing an invaluable bridge to the tech industry."

What’s your best advice for interviewing for the SDR Role given the competitive landscape and the current demand for higher quality talent?

"When interviewing for the SDR position, it's essential to be genuine—this is especially true if you're naturally a positive and energetic person. Provide specific examples to demonstrate your resilience. Practice your responses using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), as this is the format preferred by the majority of hiring managers today."
