What’s your best advice for interviewing for the SDR Role given the competitive landscape and the current demand for higher quality talent?

"Do your research on the company and people you are interviewing with. Also be yourself and bring the energy. The SDR role can oftentimes feel robotic, it's the SDRs who bring the creativity and personality that are the ones that end up being able to cut through the noise."

"I was originally set up with Rapid7 as a BDR, now I am managing one of their Commercial Sales teams. I’m excited to continue to grow the team and create valued security partnerships with our clients."
