"At my previous job, I was unhappy, underpaid, and worked horrible hours. I wanted to go to a job where I could control my future, and control how much I could make based on hard work. I needed change and applied to so many jobs that went nowhere until I gave LaunchSource a chance. Within 3 hours, I had an interview that led to me getting my current job."

What’s your best advice for interviewing for the SDR Role given the competitive landscape and the current demand for higher quality talent?

"It's fine to let them know you're money-hungry. You're in a role where you need to make as much money as possible for your company. The more money you make for them, the more money you get. Money is motivation."

"I've been with Medical Record Associates for 1 year now, and I've learned so much about the sales process. It's brought me back to a place of happiness, working normal hours again.
